18A – Create a Customer Avatar
The avatar I created looks similar to me. This what my prototypical customer would look like. They would be in the 20s to 30s and most likely female. Their hobbies would include binge watching Netflix, wasting all their spare time on social media, loves to shop on Amazon, and they exercise when they can. I would imagine they’d drive a sedan, maybe white (because that’s what I drive). The TV shows I would expect them to watch are, Love is Blind, Teen Mom, Keeping Up with the Kardashians, and Outerbanks (also what I watch). I would say most of them do not have children.
The things I have in common with the customer avatar would be hair color and attire. I do not think it is a coincidence because I envision most of my customers to be like me, because I am into subscription boxes and so are all of my girlfriends.
Great job on this Kaylee!! I think I am one of your typical customers because the avatar you described is very similar to myself! I love Keeping up With the Kardashians as well as Outerbanks! I also love to shop and think your your box subscription is a great idea and would attract many teenagers like myself. Would you consider doing s box subscription for men?

ReplyDeleteI enjoyed hearing about your customer avatar and seeing that it would be most likely female individuals in their 20-30's. I thought your description was awesome and it made me laugh. Mine was also funny and I tried to exaggerate the behaviors of my avatar, and it seems that you did the same. I look forward to seeing more about your idea in future assignments.

ReplyDeleteGreat job here. I think that you really showed that many women in their 20's could benefit from a product like this. I can definitely see the customer in my head. I think that overall you did a great job laying out who they are.
