30A- Final Reflection
The most formative experience was when we started to come up with our business venture ideas. Therefore the assignments testing the hypothesis and solving the problem were very formative for me. I think the idenfiying opportunities are definitely something that will stick with me for years to come because I notice myself seeing opportunities in my day-to-day life of people having unmet needs. My most joyous experience was developing what I think would be a great and successful business venture. I am particularly proud of myself for completing not one, not two, but three elevator pitches. I was very tempted to skip these assignments because I am so uncomfortable speaking in front of a camera, but I did it.
At the beginning of this course, I did not see myself as an entrepreneur. But now, I definitely can see myself being an entrepreneur. I don’t think I would actually enact on it and pursue this—but it is something that I think I could be good at. I 100% moved closer to developing an entrepreneurial mindset.
Recommendations I would make is to be creative and stay on top of assignments! To perform best is to work on assignments throughout the week rather than trying to do them all the night before or the morning that they are due. To foster that mindset just be proactive and plan out your weeks.

ReplyDeleteI agree that coming up with my venture idea was probably the most difficult to me. I also agree with your advice to future students and think that staying on top of assignments is probably the most difficult. Congratulations on a great semester!

ReplyDeleteI think you did a really good job in this class and it was a pleasure to read and review your assignments throughout the semester. I think you were able to grow a lot as an entrepreneur and really demonstrated your skills. I thought coming uo with a venture concept was difficult as well but it is interesting that you felt it was the hardest. I thought you did well on that assignment to so I would never be able to tell you struggled with it. Anyway, great job

ReplyDeleteVery impressive stuff here. I read a number of your posts and you had a lot of good ideas and put a lot of effort into your assignments it appears. I couldn't agree more about getting the assignments done early! It makes it much nicer when you aren't in a very big rush at the last minute to get everything for the week done. I think we all have to act like entrepreneurs sometimes, even if it is during parenting, work at another job, etc. I am sure whatever you pursue will be fantastic and you will excel.
